Opportunities To Diversify and Increase Your Income

Independent Sales Representatives (ISR): Earn a 30%, 40%, or 50% commission on the GPR of your merchants Visa/MasterCard processing as an independent sales representative. This will equate to a commission range of .001 to .005 on their total Visa/MasterCard processing dollars. Variables include size of merchant, type of sale, and risk factors. Commission payouts, under the Fairmed ISR progarm, are managed directly by CardConnect Fairmed and paid monthly.

Informal Referrals: For every merchant you refer who then signs up for a merchant account with us, receive a one-time payout. Payouts are managed by CardConnect Fairmed and are governed by current IRS regulations.

Formal Referral Partnerships: This requires FISERV corporate approval. For every merchant you refer who then signs up for a merchant account with us, earn up to a 10% commission on the GPR of your merchants Visa/MasterCard processing for all credit card, debit card, check, pre-paid gift card, and pay card transactions. This equates to a 10% commission on .001 to .005 of their total Visa/MasterCard processing dollars. Variables include size of merchant, type of sale and risk factors. To be successful, this requires active three-way participation between the partner, CardConnect Fairmed, and FISERV. Commissions are paid monthly by FISERV and governed by current IRS regulations.

Affiliates: See a list of our current Affiliates, Sales Representatives, or Partners.

Fee: There is an initial fee of $500 for a new ISR to help defray startup, orientation, and training costs. This fee is waived for all military veterans.

GPR – Gross Processing Revenue. Our agency’s gross commission on a merchant account’s monthly Visa/MasterCard processing. Our business model is like many that are profit based! If you write a merchant account that is too lean and the profit is minimal, the GPR can be a very small percentage of the merchant’s gross Visa/MasterCard processing:

GPR example = .005 of their Visa/MasterCard total monthly processing is considered very lean and if a merchant does $100,000 a month, written at .005, the GPR is only $50/month. This is not the Discount Rate (i.e. the rate the merchant pays Interchange) but the net profit on the merchant’s Visa/MasterCard processing volume to our agency. An Independent Sales Commission is based off that GPR (i.e. net sales commission of 30%, 40%, or 50% commission based off the GPR).

Who gets the majority of the processing fees from the merchant?

The issuing bank—who handed the consumer the credit card—gets the majority of the fees a merchant pays to Visa and/or MasterCard.
